AFI Top 100 – #28: All About Eve   EXPLICIT

Episode Released: Sep 13, 2014 • Roger Ebert's Review:
Show Hosts: Lindsay Shank & Jeff Bell
Episode Synopsis

We review film #28: “All About Eve”…the 1950 film about the the-ator.  Makes me want to slap them for pronouncing it that way.

Lindsay’s Thoughts

Eve is a backstabbing bitch.

Our Opinions

Lindsay says "null"
Jeff says "It was ok."

Stuff & Things from Jeff
  1. Remember, it's..."The the-ator"
  2. Oh of course Eve's parents were a farmer and a secretary at a brewery. She was from Wisconsin!
  3. Bette Davis looks like a sad clown.
  4. Where the hell did all the people come from suddenly at the party?! They were having a lengthy conversation by themselves, left the room for 15 seconds, and came back to sudden piano music and laughing crowds.
  5. Oh Marilyn...so gorgeous...
  6. What is this movie's obsession with metaphors?!
